Introduction:

Starting your career journey as a fresh graduate can feel like navigating uncharted territory. You step into the professional world with limited knowledge of the industry, its tools, and the technologies that power it.

In this article, we’ll explore the path from the fresh graduate dilemma to building a thriving tech career. Drawing from personal experiences and lessons learned along the way, we’ll discuss strategies to not only gain the necessary experience but also to continuously evolve and excel in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

The Fresh Graduate Dilemma:

When I was a fresh graduate from university and I was looking for jobs, I had little idea about the industry, tools and technologies.

However after spending time in different companies across a number of industries, and with the help of a lot of talented people at these companies, I was able to understand how to continuously evolve and learn using the available resources.

If you feel that as a fresh graduate you need experience to get a job then try to apply for jobs that ask for no experience or 1–2 years of experience as you can always get some experience through self learning projects, open source projects and for real world experience, you can work as a freelancer.

Learning and Evolving in the Workplace:

Whenever you get a chance to work on something interesting, always share your learnings as a post or as an article so that you can connect with like minded people who can help you grow both professionally and personally.
